An opportunity for us to connect and determine if we’re a good fit for a successful coaching partnership.
It’s a relaxed, informal space. We’ll explore what’s bringing you to coaching, what you’re hoping for, and where you might feel stuck or ready for change.
It’s a conversation built on curiosity, honesty, and clarity, so you can decide whether this is the right step for you, and how I can best support you.

How long is a coaching session?
We have alternative sheltered outdoor locations if needed. I will keep you updated before the session and ensure our session is safe.
Does every Session have to be outdoors?
Not all sessions I provide are exclusively outdoors. Location, situation, weather and access are considered.
I offer video and telephone calls; the majority of telephone clients enjoy taking their call outdoors, walking or stationary for their session.
What tools and methods are used?
The uniqueness of every client means that not one method or tool fits all.
Our Discovery session may bring to light a tool or method; however, our session together will be most effective if we go in together with a sense of discovery and not.

Coaching duration varies based on individual needs. Typically 90 minutes.
